 Greetings to Future Me,


Today is the day! Seize the DAY! I promise you from this day forth I will work every waking moment to create the resilient, unbreakable, badass super beast. Through my habits and work hopefully I can become the role model I've always envisioned. May that dream become a reality.

Discipline

Never again will I slack away the beautiful hours of the day. Not until my work is finished. Gone are the days of browsing useless Youtube videos. Forget the Lakers and Nets replays, begone with Dramaalert. Netflix and League? ... with family time but never to burn time. There are more productive hobbies to past time. 

Today is the day you stopped taking hot showers - ice for life baby. Hardest of all right now, but I will rise earlier in the mornings. Sunlight must not be wasted.

Body

You WILL be able dunk. King of the Court. I'm done with the sulking injured leg excuses. Stretch everyday, workout at least three times a week. Creatine and cals; get those calories in. Three DAY NO MATTER WHAT, NO MORE EXCUSES. Aye, I'll get to 170lbs for you. By the time you read this, I will have given you the vertical Mario himself. You will have the form of a Greek statue, mark my words, I won't let you down.

Mind

Read and write homie. I'm back on that book grind, Kindle-ing the flames of knowledge. From this moment forward, you'll have an additional 100 books under your belt. I'll have never stopped learning. Biographies of all the greats, I will learn from their mistakes for you. From this day forth, you will never get a B on a single exam again. I will never stoop below the bar of perfection. I will find you mentors, you shall have plenty by the time you read this. All willing to share their knowledge and aid you on your journey.

Spirit

Your soul shall be pure. Gone are the vices of my life. I will always stay humble no matter the achievement. I will be kind and generous to all those around me. Life is too short to make enemies. I will help those whenever I can and share my resources to those who need it. I will find you love. I will find you purpose. I will find you passion for life.

In truth, I just hope you are genuinely happy. I hope you've found yourself and your goals in life. May the universe bless you on your future endeavors.

Legends of the Fall

Greetings to the future, It has been a while old friend. My hiatus has finally come to an end, for I have found my way again. All is well in the world. I have found the path that must be walked. A reason for the struggle. An end to the road. A why. I have found it once more. I know what I want in this life. This dream now keeps me up at night and has me leaping out of bed before the sunrise. When we wander aimlessly, no amount of motivation can carry us through the storm. A ship with no direction will never reach the port.  I will do everything it takes to get what is mine.
