Resolve
Top of the world G. Mile high club. Feeling GREAT. I've found the secret to all successes and greatness. TLB all grind no glory.
Greetings to future Me,
I believe I have uncovered the secret to life. The key to greatness and the code to all successes. I've discovered it this week: consistency. A little bit everyday goes a long way. No need for motivation, just have discipline and consistency. Whether you feel like it or not, go. The grind is what builds character and grit. Don't think of the glory now, focus on the grind. Get in that work.
As for the second bit, resolve is essential for happiness. There is no time but now. Honestly, most people don't really understand the phrase "Just do it" by Nike. Its obvious but most people don't do it; we procrastinate over and over again. People will wait "for the right moment" or till they feel like it. These are terrible habits which result the production of anxiety and worry. If there's task, a project, any problem... just DO something about it, take ACTION. Trying and failing is better than doing nothing because even failure is progress.
Stop waiting for things to happen. Go collect the bag.
Here's story:
The year is 2120 and the location is Swampville, Louisiana. Draven was a young lad pursuing life with the ferocity of a 1000 lions. No, he did not know the end goal to his journey, but everything he tried or attempted was with more effort than the tides on a full moon. Day and night, week to week young boy never stopped working. His work paid off, for Draven received highest honors in school, became shredded like mini Arnold, and attained purest form of enlightenment. At this point, you could say he basically won the game of life.
But bruh, this was 2120. Before he could graduate, an 80 foot robotic crocodile transformer emerged from his school lake. Spikes lined its back like the Sierra Mountains, teeth sharp enough to cut CO2 into CO. One roar cleared an entire parking lot as the vehicles were sent swirling like tornado. Tail whip. 17 buildings flattened like McDonald's pancakes.
Standing in front of the crushed Ultimate Life Studies building, Draven was pissed, but his face didn't show it. A true warrior never relents control to his emotion. What can one man do in the face of such a tyrant, a seemingly unstoppable force. There is only one thing to do. Fight.
