Routines

Recently, my drive has been fueled by short bursts of motivation, and this is severely hindering my progress. One's life goals cannot be achieved from external motivation, but rather, there must be a ceaseless desire to achieve. Discipline and consistency must become the bread and butter of everyday life.

Thus, a fixed routine must be made. Sleep must be consistent; workouts cannot be missed; meals not to be skipped. One must not forget to schedule a fixed time for relaxation and recovery. Planned recovery is more restful than deciding to take a break off a whim.

[i typed my schedule, but then, i erased it. nah i wont share it hahahahahahah]
