Update: Here I lay, at midnight, on a warm cot in the living room of my gracious relatives. We will embark for home before the 7th rising of the 2022 sun. Snowboarding was very demanding on my feet but I figured out the cure - continuous jelly fish maneuver (too bad I only discovered this on the last day). The repeated decision to battle the lift 8 straight shot significantly improved my carving abilities (I had to fail multiple times to finally get it ). When I was a young skier boy, I perceived falling as a failure and avoided it at all cost. I would avoid taking the most difficult trails, and when I did, I would traverse in the most conservative manner (low speeds, army manning, etc). Little did I know, this fear was stunting my ability to reach the next level. Thus, on my most recent snowboarding trip, I embraced the fear/speed and tumbled like a blue hedge hog.
