The Journey Begins

Greetings Future Me,

    It's that time again... grind season. There's just something so satisfying about it - the routine. I'm leaping out of bed everyday like a kid on Christmas morning.  The sun is literally bursting through my windows (literally... I had to get a sleep mask lol). I always thought it was cheesy when people say "you never work a day in life when you find your calling", but now, I am starting to see it. The early mornings, late evenings, long lectures, all of it. It can be tough, but I CRAVE IT. It's fulfilling to know to that I'm bringing the dream into fruition. This journey is what we always wanted and now its happening :)

    It's not only about studying though; it's everything - mind, body, spirit. The gym sessions hit harder, and now that I have been cooking, I'm more selective about what goes in & out my body. Half the battle was in the meal prep; all this time bro... I just had to eat right to start growing. On the last note, although I may have relocated to a new city,  I have surrounded myself with good people here. Hardworking, virtuous, and highly motivated individuals who have also dedicated themselves to the grind (LOL that description). Future Me, fulfillment comes from the journey not the destination; it's about accumulating the knowledge, carving the physique, and building the friendships. Okay now try to keep this energy for a semester hahahaha

 I've never wanted something so bad in this life. It is almost as if I am manic. I've lost my mind... "I've lost my mind doing this doing this sht. Like Vincent van Gogh. Legends of the Fall

Greetings to the future, It has been a while old friend. My hiatus has finally come to an end, for I have found my way again. All is well in the world. I have found the path that must be walked. A reason for the struggle. An end to the road. A why. I have found it once more. I know what I want in this life. This dream now keeps me up at night and has me leaping out of bed before the sunrise. When we wander aimlessly, no amount of motivation can carry us through the storm. A ship with no direction will never reach the port.  I will do everything it takes to get what is mine.
