I was an island

" If you had a choice to meet with your past self or future self, who would you choose? "

I choose the future. There's no point dwelling in the past, what's done is done. What wasn't done will always remain unknown. It's always fun coming back to this blog and seeing my old thoughts. Oh how the world the changes... just because our minds change. One way to change the way we see life and make decisions is through this thought experiment: what if you had to relive this life for eternity, every decision carries the weight of infinity. Would you be excited to relieve these years or would you dread it? Do it for the future you, make yourself proud.

Update: I was an island. The blade had become dull, but all this fighting is bringing the edge back. A little more competitiveness, some bite HAH! A new pool of energy unlocked. Ahhhh... BACK TO WORK LETS GO!

Legends of the Fall

Greetings to the future, It has been a while old friend. My hiatus has finally come to an end, for I have found my way again. All is well in the world. I have found the path that must be walked. A reason for the struggle. An end to the road. A why. I have found it once more. I know what I want in this life. This dream now keeps me up at night and has me leaping out of bed before the sunrise. When we wander aimlessly, no amount of motivation can carry us through the storm. A ship with no direction will never reach the port.  I will do everything it takes to get what is mine.
